I Never Knew You

I Never Knew You

Many may feel that they have a connection with God because often times we have all compared ourselves to other people and think that because we are not as bad as the next person then we must be in right standing with God. I’ve done this before and not only was it a huge mistake but it was a hard habit to break. The thing is that in the end it will be you answering to your holy father and no others. None of your neighbors choices or actions will be factored in to how your choices, words and behavior will be judged by The Most High.

In fact it won’t matter if you were brought up in the church or not, if you casted out devils or was used by God as a prophet with a prophetic word; if you found God through a friend; if you found God through a near death experience or if you were delivered from darkness in the midst of your disobedience and became a pastor. What will matter is your relationship with Him that you built and you kept. The relationship we have with God chastens us, strengthens us, protects us, guides us, leads us to our callings and godly spouses, but ultimately and most importantly it leads us to repent and turn away from our old self.

If your relationship right now with God is non existent, lukewarm or is not leading you to repent then you run the risk of the Messiah telling you to depart from Him because He never knew you. The significant thing we forget is that God knows us despite of if we know Him or not. He knows how many times He sent His messengers to you to get you to turn away from your transgressions. He heard your words when you shot His messengers and mocked them. He saw you watching tv when He whispered to you to read His word and you ignored Him. He knows the secret sins that we all believed we were getting away with. Before the womb He knew you and knows exactly what is in your heart…

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations Jeremiah 1:5 KJV

He is the only one you can be fully and completely transparent and vulnerable with because as a spirit and father He knows of it all and loves you anyway. But the warning is that His kingdom is Holy, sinless and is at hand despite of the attempts of enemy to blind and distract the masses of this revelation. The Most High still is looking for clean, repentant and holy hearts right now and He has given so many warnings that there will be no excuse to what He expects because He’s been beyond patient with us. This is why the relationship and the acceptance that because The Most High loves you so much He sent His perfect unblemished son as a loving and living sacrifice for you so that your soul might be saved is so important because it is the way your hear His voice over the louder lies of the enemy. Through Yashua/ Jesus, The Most High made it so that you won’t have to retrieve lambs for your sin offering and burn them on an altar or find a Levitical priest who will, which would be impossible anyway because most Levites are in captivity and don’t know they are Levites.

The Messiah died on the cross to make things easier for us even as a sinner and at the lowest estate of our lives God loves us and made a way for our salvation and spiritual inheritance. Please do not take today for granted or disregard the messages of those He sent to you to encourage you to choose Him and His way. The first coming of the Messiah came with teaching, correction and perfection of the expectation He has of us and then His ultimate sacrifice. The second coming will be the response to if you passed the test or not based upon his teachings that He gave us a 2000 year advantage to. Recognize the signs of the times and understand that while yes the enemy knows his time is up our time as humanity is up as well.

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Matthew 7:22-23
